User Agreement
Welcome to the User Agreement for Agooddeal.co.uk. Agooddeal.co.uk is Located at Kookaburra House, Gravel Hill Road, Holt Pound, Farnham, Surrey, GU104LG.
1. Our services are not available to and May not be used by, persons under the age of 18 years old unless they are supervised or under the supervision of a parent or guardian. If you do not qualify, please do not use these services.
2. You must choose a user ID And password on completion of registration and you will be responsible for all actions taken under that user ID and password. You must use every effort to keep your password and ID as safe as possible. You shall not sell or transfer your ID to any other person. You must not allow any other person to use your ID and password.
3. Agooddeal.co.uk is a venue which allows registered users to offer, sell, and buy various items which are legal. We cannot review all listings and we are never involved in any transactions between buyers and sellers. As a result we have no control over the safety legality or quality of the items that are being listed and sold. Do not assume that any products offered are valid or legal simply because it is listed on agooddeal.co.uk. It is not the responsibility of agooddeal.co.uk to make sure any transactions are completed. You accept sole responsibility for the legality of your actions under the laws applying to you.
4. Liability: in the event that you have any right claim or action against any other user on agooddeal.co.uk, you agree to pursue such right, claim or action independently of and without recourse to the owners of agooddeal.co.uk and you release them from all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses including legal fees known and unknown or in any way connected with such right, claim or action.
5. As a seller you must ensure that you have the right to sell these goods and that it is lawful to sell these goods to UK residents. You must describe your item or items that you are selling accurately and they should not be misleading. You must ensure that you have the right and you are responsible for any wordings all pictures that you include in your listing. The information you provide about the items you are selling must not be false, misleading, inaccurate, offensive, abusive, in breach of any copyright, infringe any third parties copyright, before truants or involve the sale of any counterfeit or stolen items. They must not contain any obscene indecent or any form of pornography.
6.You must acknowledge that once you have listed an item for sale you will not have the right to cancel that listing. We reserve the right to cancel any listing in which the suspect that you have engaged in or about to engage in, any fraudulent activity.
7. We may limit your activity on the site, suspend or terminate your user registration if you breach this user agreement or after reasonable endeavours we are unable to verify any information you provide us or if we believe your actions may cause's financial loss or legal liability.
8. We do not offer any guaranteed continuous or uninterrupted access to services and operation of agooddeal.co.UK. There are many factors outside of our control which could affect the operation of our site and we cannot be held responsible for them.
